About Us

Who We Are

We are a group of highly experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and CBT therapists who have worked both in private practice and the NHS. We have all trained at accredited institutions and are members of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

We believe therapy is a collaborative process and will work with you in confidence, towards a fuller understanding of your concerns, positive change and well being.

Our therapy practice is a few minutes walk from Bond Street tube station in Central London.
